Tailor-made to fit your specific size requirements, these doors promise unparalleled functionality.
Application environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer environments. Operating temperature range: from a frigid -45ºC to a balmy +50ºC.
Sealing strip material: Crafted with premium EPDM, known for its outstanding chemical stability, remarkable durability, and impressive aging performance. Its wide temperature adaptability allows for long-term operation within a range of -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: Engineered using polyurethane with overall foaming, resulting in a sleek, flat appearance combined with excellent insulation properties. The panel is crafted from stainless steel, color steel plate, and elegantly embossed aluminum plate.

 

Door thickness: Available in a range of thicknesses including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, catering to diverse insulation needs.
Doorframe material: Constructed from robust aluminum alloy, offering a clean, sophisticated, and enduring exterior. This design triumphs over the typical low strength and decay issues associated with wooden door frames. Moreover, it features self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, eliminating the need for manual power adjustments.
Guide rail device: The aluminum alloy guide rail integrates a guide wheel and clamping wheel device, working in harmony to smoothly detach the door from the frame when opening and firmly secure it against the door frame and floor when closed.

 

 

Production Process

 

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

 

 

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.

Accessories A cold storage door with thermal insulation performance was born, and the next step is to prepare some installation equipment for it.
