Our high-performance air coolers are an ideal solution for various cold storage facilities, including architectural or constructional environments. The versatile D series includes DL, DD, and DJ models, each tailored for specific temperature conditions. The DL series is perfect for environments up to 0ºC, ensuring optimal storage for eggs and vegetables. The DD series, operating around -18ºC, is designed for storing meats and fish. For freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish, the DJ series operates at approximately -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Made from high-quality steel plate coated with a special low-temperature resistant powder, our shells provide robust corrosion resistance. Custom options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage risks caused by the wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer Water Tray: Our innovative double-layer water tray features an outer hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom speeds up drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with an aluminum plate, reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Utilizing premium brand efficient internal thread pipes with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, our heat exchange pipes significantly improve heat transfer efficiency.
Fin:Our fins boast a classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum design, which increases air turbulence and significantly enhances heat exchange capacity on the air side.

 

Fan:Our high-power fan with an external rotor operates in a wide temperature range (-40ºC to 60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring superior stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes that have low power density, our defrosting system is strategically arranged within the coil and on the inner water pan. This arrangement ensures uniform heating, maximizes defrosting efficiency, and extends the lifespan of the heating pipes.
Electrical Junction Box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage while allowing for easy wiring.
Factory Testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure quality and reliability.
Sheet Spacing:Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
