Versatile air coolers designed for various cold storage applications including architectural and constructional cold stores. Our D series air coolers are subdivided into DL, DD, and DJ series for targeted efficiency. The DL series is optimal for environments around 0ºC, perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series excels at approximately -18ºC, ideal for meat and fish storage. For freezing needs, the DJ series operates around -25ºC, making it suitable for fresh meats, fish, and other perishables.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our shell is crafted from high-quality steel plate, coated with low-temperature resistant powder for superior corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates to minimize internal leakage caused by the wear and tear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is covered with an aluminum plate to reduce air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting effectiveness.
Heat exchange pipe:Equipped with efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, our heat exchange system features an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly improve heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:The classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins enhance air disturbance and significantly boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

 

Fan:Our customized high-power fan with an external rotor is designed to operate efficiently in a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Utilizing stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, our defrosting system is meticulously arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan for uniform heating and enhanced defrosting efficiency, increasing the pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box:Specially customized to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, our electrical junction box is also designed for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing:Standard sheet spacing options are 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, ensuring versatile application across different cooling needs.
