Our versatile air coolers are ideal for various cold storage facilities, whether architectural or constructional. The D series air coolers comprise DL, DD, and DJ models designed for specific temperature ranges: the DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures around 0 ºC for storing eggs and vegetables, the DD series operates at approximately -18ºC for preserving meat and fish, and the DJ series is optimized for freezing fresh food like meat and fish at around -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plates coated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells offer exceptional corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless steel shells. All tube plates are made from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leaks caused by thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer Water Tray: Featuring a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance, our outer water tray plate includes ribbing slopes at the bottom to accelerate drainage and prevent icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum plate to reduce air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, our heat exchange pipes boast an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin design significantly boosts air disturbance and enhances heat exchange capacity on the air side.

 

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fans operate reliably at temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation grade is F, ensuring stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Incorporating stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, our defrosting system is strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan for uniform heating, improved defrosting efficiency, and extended electric heating pipe lifespan.
Electrical Junction Box:Our specially designed electrical junction box boasts water, fire, and high-voltage resistance, making wiring straightforward and secure.
Factory Testing:Every air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, passing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure quality and reliability.
Sheet Spacing:Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different Refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a wide range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, R22, and more to meet diverse needs.
