These doors guarantee smooth operation and can be meticulously customized to fit any specified dimensions.
Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer settings. Operating temperature range is impressively wide, spanning from -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from top-quality EPDM, known for its outstanding chemical stability and excellent durability. The material showcases superior aging performance, remarkable temperature adaptability, and can consistently function within the temperature range of -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: Constructed using state-of-the-art polyurethane combined with overall panel foaming, ensuring a flat and aesthetically pleasing appearance along with exceptional insulation properties. The panel is composed of premium stainless steel, vibrant color steel plates, and stylish embossed aluminum plates.

Door thickness options: Available in a variety of thickness options including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm to suit diverse needs.
Doorframe material: The door frame is expertly crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering a sleek, clean, and generous exterior. This material choice ensures durability and effectively counters the common drawbacks of wooden frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Additionally, the frames come equipped with self-regulating temperature electric heating strips, eliminating the need for external temperature controls or manual power adjustments.
Guide rail device: Featuring an innovative aluminum alloy guide rail, the device includes both a guide wheel and a clamping wheel, working in harmonious tandem. This sophisticated design allows the door to seamlessly detach from the frame upon opening and firmly press against the door frame and floor when closed, ensuring optimal functionality.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
