Application Environment: Specifically designed for cold storage and freezer spaces, our doors support an operating temperature range of an impressive -45ºC to +50ºC, providing reliability and efficiency across diverse climatic conditions.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from high-quality EPDM, these strips bring outstanding chemical stability and durability. Their exceptional performance in aging resistance and temperature adaptability makes them a superior choice for long-term use, thriving in temperatures from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: Engineered with a polyurethane and panel overall foaming technique, the door's exterior is smooth and its insulation capabilities are exceptional. Constructed with stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, these materials guarantee aesthetic appeal and robust functionality.

Door Thickness: Available in a range of thicknesses, including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, offering flexibility to meet various insulation needs and structural requirements.
Doorframe Material: Featuring a sleek aluminum alloy framework, these doorframes exude modern elegance, are highly durable, and provide a superior alternative to traditional wooden frames. Equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, they operate seamlessly without the need for manual temperature adjustments or power toggling.
Guide Rail Device: The aluminum alloy guide rail, paired with a sophisticated guide wheel and clamping wheel system, ensures smooth operation. It innovatively lifts the door away from the frame when opened and secures it tightly against the door frame and floor upon closing, maximizing efficiency and sealing.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
