Application environment: Ideally suited for cold storage and freezer settings with an operational temperature range spanning from a frosty -45ºC to a balmy +50ºC, these doors ensure efficiency in varied conditions.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from high-quality EPDM, the sealing strips deliver outstanding chemical stability and exceptional durability. They are engineered to withstand aging and adapt to a wide temperature range, maintaining a consistent performance from -50ºC to +50ºC over long-term use.
Door panel material: Constructed using a combination of polyurethane and overall panel foaming, these door panels not only present a sleek and flat appearance but also offer superior insulation. The robust panel material options include stainless steel, color steel plates, and embossed aluminum plates, ensuring both durability and style.

Door thickness: Available in multiple thickness options of 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, providing a range of choices to cater to diverse insulation needs.
Doorframe material: The door frame is meticulously crafted from aluminum alloy, offering a clean and elegant appearance. This material is not only durable but also surpasses traditional wooden frames by eliminating concerns of low strength and decay. Equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, these frames require no manual intervention for temperature management, ensuring hassle-free operation.
Guide rail device: The unique aluminum alloy guide rail system, featuring both a guide wheel and clamping wheel device, efficiently orchestrates the door's movement. This design ensures the door seamlessly separates from the frame during opening and presses securely against the frame and floor when closed, maximizing sealing and stability.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
