Product Description

Our versatile air coolers are ideal for various cold storage applications, whether in architectural or constructional settings. The D series air coolers include DL, DD, and DJ models, each tailored for specific temperature needs: The DL series maintains temps around 0ºC, perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at around -18ºC, suitable for meat and fish storage. The DJ series, capable of maintaining temperatures around -25ºC, is designed for freezing fresh foods like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shells boast superior corrosion resistance. Optional aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. All tube plates are made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage risks due to thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered with an aluminum plate, reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are made from premium internal thread pipes with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Featuring a classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, our design enhances air disturbance, substantially increasing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a high-power, customized fan with an external rotor (operating temperature: -40ºC~60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring outstanding stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our defrosting system uses stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically placed inside the coil and inner water pan. This ensures even heating, improves defrosting efficiency, and extends the heating pipe's lifespan.
Electrical junction box:We offer a specially customized electrical junction box that resists water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring easy and safe wiring.
Factory testing:Every air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing:Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our air coolers can meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Compatible with multiple refrigerants such as R404A, R507A, R134a, R22, and more, to meet diverse cooling needs.
