Application Environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer settings, these doors excel in maintaining the desired temperatures. Operating Temperature: Efficiently functioning across a broad range from -45ºC to +50ºC, they provide versatile adaptability.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from premium EPDM, these sealing strips offer remarkable chemical stability, superb durability, and resistance to aging. With an impressive temperature range adaptability from -50ºC to +50ºC, they ensure long-term reliability.
Door Panel Material: Engineered with precision, using polyurethane and overall panel foaming, these doors feature a sleek, flat design and superb insulation. The panels are composed of high-quality stainless steel, color steel plates, and embossed aluminum plates, combining elegance with functionality.

Door Thickness Options: Choose from a variety of thicknesses to suit your insulation needs, available in 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm.

This innovative frame overcomes the weaknesses of traditional wooden frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Additionally, it features self-regulating electric heating strips that require no manual temperature control or power adjustments.
Guide Rail Device: The aluminum alloy guide rail system, equipped with both guide and clamping wheel devices, ensures seamless operation. It allows the door to effortlessly detach from the frame when opened and securely press against the door frame and floor when closed, providing optimal security and insulation.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
