The evaporative condenser is a marvel of energy-efficient design, providing exceptional heat exchange performance through its sophisticated operation. This state-of-the-art equipment sprays a water film on the outer surface of the heat exchange coil, inducing evaporation that absorbs the heat from the fluid inside the tube, causing it to condense efficiently. Fresh, cold air enters through the lower inlet, engaging in a thermal and mass exchange with the descending circulating water from the top. This interaction results in the air absorbing heat and moisture, transforming into hot and humid air, which is then expelled through the top outlet. The cooled medium enters from the upper inlet of the coil group, traversing multiple circuits within the coil to ensure thorough heat exchange with the circulating water, before exiting through the lower outlet. The water, collected at the bottom, is pumped back up to the upper sprinkler pipe group, where it is evenly distributed across the coil group's outer surface via high-flow nozzles. This design ensures simultaneous heat transfer with the medium inside the tube and the external air. While a small portion of water evaporates, most of it recycles back into the collection tank for continued use, embodying an intelligent and sustainable cooling solution.
Our latest series embraces a modular assembly approach, delivering convenience in transportation and installation by dispatching standard components in upper and lower boxes directly to the site. The heat exchange tubes, crafted in an elliptical shape, significantly reduce the refrigerant volume required and feature a compact arrangement to minimize cooling air resistance. Thanks to its innovative structure and superior thermal efficiency, this product stands out with its low condensation temperature, water-efficient operation, energy conservation, and low noise levels, alongside being environmentally benign. This positions our product as a pinnacle of modern engineering, offering genuine energy savings and eco-friendly benefits, perfectly suited for today's industrial refrigeration needs.
