Application Environment: Specifically designed for cold storage and freezer conditions, these doors operate efficiently across a vast temperature range from -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing Strip Material: Constructed with the highest quality EPDM, the sealing strip offers exceptional chemical stability, remarkable durability, and aging resistance. It showcases impressive adaptability across a temperature spectrum of -50ºC to +50ºC, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Door Panel Material: The door panels are meticulously crafted using polyurethane with a comprehensive foaming process, ensuring a sleek appearance coupled with excellent insulation. Fabricated from stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, these panels offer durability and aesthetic appeal.

Door Thickness Options: Available in a variety of thicknesses including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, catering to diverse insulation and structural specifications.

Guide Rail Device: The guide rail system, made from sturdy aluminum alloy, incorporates both a guide wheel device and a clamping wheel device. Production Process

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
