Application Environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer environments, the BY series doors operate efficiently within a temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC. This broad range offers unparalleled adaptability to various climate conditions, making these doors an ideal choice for diverse environments.
Sealing Strip Material: Engineered with premium EPDM, celebrated for its remarkable chemical stability and durability, these sealing strips provide superior resistance to aging. Their adaptability to a wide temperature range, from -50ºC to +50ºC, supports sustained long-term use, enhancing the door's longevity and reliability.
Door Panel Material: Crafted from top-tier polyurethane and fully foamed, the panels not only display a sleek, modern appearance but also deliver exceptional insulation performance. Guide Rail Device: Utilizing an aluminum alloy guide rail coupled with integrated guide and clamping wheel devices, this sophisticated system ensures smooth, seamless door operation. It allows the door to effortlessly open and securely close by disengaging and pressing against the frame and floor, offering both convenience and security.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
