With the versatile D series, including DL, DD, and DJ models, you have a comprehensive cooling solution. The DL series is perfect for maintaining a stable 0ºC, ideal for storing delicate items like eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for preserving meats and fishes. For extreme cooling, the DJ series achieves around -25ºC, perfect for freezing fresh food such as meats and fishes, securely locking in their freshness and quality.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our shell is crafted from high-quality steel plate, enhanced with low-temperature resistant powder ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance. For custom needs, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. All tube plates utilize 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates, significantly reducing the risk of internal leakage due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes, attributed to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbing slope design facilitates rapid drainage, minimizing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is clad in aluminum, reducing air bypass and significantly enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Incorporating an efficient internal thread pipe from a premium brand, our design boasts an optimized loop with a positive triangle staggered pattern, markedly improving heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin design significantly enhances air disturbance, boosting the heat exchange capacity on the air side to new heights.

Fan: Featuring a customized high-power fan with an external rotor, it operates seamlessly within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor is of insulation class Grade F, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe of low power and density, it is strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan. This design ensures uniform heating, enhances the defrosting effect, and extends the lifespan of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to withstand water, fire, and high-voltage, while allowing for easy wiring, ensuring seamless and secure installations.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, passing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before shipment, ensuring unmatched quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Offering standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, we cater to a diverse range of temperature and humidity requirements.
