Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our shells are coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, ensuring robust resistance against corrosion. For those with unique requirements, we offer customizable options in aluminum or stainless steel. Our tube plates, made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, are engineered to minimize the risk of internal leakage, a common issue resulting from thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed for ease of maintenance, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design. The ribbed slope design at its bottom accelerates drainage, effectively preventing icing and corrosion. Meanwhile, the inner water tray is clad in aluminum, a strategic choice to reduce air bypass and boost fan efficiency and defrosting prowess.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes utilize high-efficiency internal thread pipes from top-tier manufacturers. The optimized loop and staggered triangle design significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency, setting a new standard in performance.
Fin: Inspired by classic European style, the sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins are engineered to increase air turbulence, substantially boosting the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Our fans are a testament to customization excellence, featuring high-power capabilities and an external rotor suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. With an insulation class of Grade F, these fans guarantee unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe that is both low in power and density, our defrosting system is strategically positioned within the coil and inner water pan. This ensures a uniform heating effect, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the lifespan of the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially tailored electrical junction box is designed to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring easy wiring and unmatched protection.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection processes, including a 25-bar pressure holding test, to guarantee peak performance before leaving the factory.
Sheet spacing: We offer standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of temperature and humidity requirements.
