Product Description

The cold storage panels are comprised of
an inner metallic sheet, an outer metallic sheet, and a premium intermediate polyurethane insulation layer designed for superior thermal efficiency.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Incorporating a waterproof film and SBS padding for enhanced protection.
2. Utilizes galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, secured with expansion bolts for stability.
3. Provides a robust sealant substrate.
4. Features a pre-installed board seam sealant with a double-sided groove sealant and a polyurethane spray core for exceptional sealing.
5. Incorporates a vertical wall panel for structural integrity.
6. Structures exceeding 6 meters incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for additional support.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Precisely determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel, aligning the joint parallel to the main beam for consistent installation.
2. Pre-installed suspension beam structural components, including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, with a suspended M12 lifting screw connected to a C-type Steel keel, ensure a solid framework.
3. Efficiently lift the insulation top plate into position.
4. Carefully adjust the length of the lifting screw for precise alignment.
5. The main joint is expertly treated with polyurethane foam, ensuring a cold bridge is broken with a PVC sleeve, and the color steel folding piece is meticulously trimmed for a flawless finish.
