The evaporative condenser stands as a pinnacle of high efficiency and energy conservation in heat exchange technology. Utilizing a water film sprayed on the external surface of its heat exchange coil, it effectively evaporates and absorbs heat from the internal fluid. This intricate process facilitates the condensation of the fluid within. Entering from the lower air inlet, dry, cool air partakes in a heat and mass exchange with the circulating water flowing from above. The cooled medium makes its entrance from the top inlet of the coil group, engaging in multiple heat exchange rounds with circulating water before it exits from the bottom outlet of the coil group.

Power Saving: Our evaporative cooling system employs a distinct structural design that lowers both the condensation temperature and pressure within the refrigeration system. This enhancement amplifies the compressor's refrigeration capacity while significantly reducing power consumption.

Water Saving: Equipped with an advanced dewatering device, our evaporative cooling system boasts an exceptional dehydration capacity, resulting in minimal water loss due to evaporation and floating. This efficiency means it uses only about 10% of the water required by conventional water-cooled condensers, offering substantial water resource savings. The loss of water evaporative and floating is very small, only about 10% of other water-cooled condensers, which greatly saves water resources.
