Application Environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer applications, these doors are engineered to excel in operating temperatures ranging from a frigid -45ºC to a sweltering +50ºC, ensuring robust performance in all conditions.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from top-tier EPDM, the sealing strip guarantees outstanding chemical stability and durability, with impressive resistance to aging. It thrives across a broad temperature spectrum with a long-term working range from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: Utilizing high-quality polyurethane for overall foaming, our door panels offer a sleek, smooth appearance while delivering superior insulation. The exterior is elegantly finished with options of stainless steel, color steel plates, or embossed aluminum plates, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics.

Door Thickness Options: Choose from a range of robust thickness levels including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, tailored to provide optimal insulation and structural integrity.
Doorframe Material: Constructed from premium aluminum alloy, the doorframe offers a sophisticated, clean, and enduring appearance. It overcomes the traditional drawbacks of wooden frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Complemented by self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, it eliminates the need for external temperature control, simplifying usage with seamless automatic operation.
Guide Rail Device: Equipped with an innovative aluminum alloy guide rail system, featuring a state-of-the-art guide wheel and clamping wheel device. This ingenious combination allows the door to effortlessly detach from the frame upon opening and snugly seal against the frame and floor when closed, maximizing efficiency and security.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
