The ingenious mechanism uses NH3 to expertly condense the CO2 refrigerant, channeling heat between the two phases effectively. At the heart of this innovation lies the condensation evaporator, acting as a bridge, seamlessly integrating the high and low-temperature stages by performing dual roles as both condenser and evaporator.
Within this masterful system, the heat load is expertly carried by the CO2 refrigerant, which diligently absorbs and transfers it to the NH3 refrigerant through the condensation evaporator. This high-temperature NH3 then skillfully disperses the heat via the condenser, releasing it into the environment with utmost efficiency. As the CO2 condenses, it journeys into the CO2 reservoir, navigating through the dryer filter and throttle valve to reach the gas-liquid separator. The liquid CO2 is propelled onwards by the CO2 circulation pump to the evaporator, with precision, completing its cycle by returning to the gas-liquid separator. Here, the gaseous CO2 is adeptly compressed by the compressor, ensuring a seamless cascade refrigeration cycle.
