Our Evaporative Condenser employs water and air as cooling mediums. The medium effectively exchanges heat with the refrigerant gas within the coil, transforming the gas into a liquid state. Inside, it comprises an advanced water distribution system.
The system is equipped with a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and a dehydrator. Externally, it features a water circulating pump, an electronic water-curing device, and an axial fan. The internal pressure remains negative thanks to the axial fan's operation. During activation,
under the forceful fan breeze, cooling water is thoroughly sprayed over the
coil surface by the water distribution system. Simultaneously, refrigerant gas enters the coil's upper inlet, and the condensed liquid exits through the lower outlet. This process results in superior heat exchange efficiency among refrigerant, water, and air, aided by the fan's airflow. The heat absorption elevates the cooling water and air temperature, causing a portion of the water to vaporize into steam, which is then deflated and expelled by the fan, removing substantial heat. Meanwhile, steam from the hot air is captured into the
reservoir. The non-vaporized water descends into the reservoir, ready to be pumped back into the circulating system. The reservoir's water level is deftly managed by a float ball valve, compensating for water lost to the atmosphere.
