Our Evaporative Condenser ingeniously harnesses the cooling prowess of water and air as the primary mediums. As this medium interfaces with the refrigerant gas within the coil, it transforms the gas into a liquid state. Inside, the equipment comprises a sophisticated water distribution system.
This is complemented by a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and a dehydrator. Externally, it features a water circulating pump, an electronic water-curing device, and an axial fan. Thanks to the fan's operation, the internal pressure remains negative, ensuring optimal performance.
During operation, under the forceful breeze, cooling water is liberally sprayed over the
surface of the coils via the water distribution system. Concurrently, refrigerant gas enters at the coil's upper inlet and exits as condensed liquid at the lower outlet. This orchestrated process, involving the refrigerant, water, and air, coupled with the fan's action, amplifies efficiency. As heat is absorbed, the water and air temperatures rapidly rise. Some water vaporizes into steam, which is expelled by the fan, efficiently removing substantial heat. Meanwhile, steam in the hot air is expertly collected to
a reservoir. Water not converted to gas flows back into the reservoir, then cycles through the system. The water level in the reservoir is precisely managed by a float ball valve, compensating for water lost to the atmosphere.
