6. Installations exceeding 6 meters require additional wall purlins, robust C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to maintain structural integrity.
Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel based on the building's main beam arrangement. (Joint orientation of the ceiling panel is parallel to the building's main beam)
2. Pre-installation of suspension beam structural components, including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beams, complemented by suspended M12 lifting screw connections to C-type steel keels.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate to its designated position.
4. Carefully adjust the length of the lifting screw to ensure proper fit.
5. The main joint is sprayed with high-quality polyurethane foam, complemented by foamed PVC sleeves to break the cold bridge, and trimmed with color steel folding pieces for a flawless finish.
