Our D air coolers are offered in three innovative series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series maintains optimal conditions at 0 ºC, perfect for preserving the freshness of eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at -18ºC, making it suitable for meats and fishes. The DJ series excels at approximately -25ºC, ensuring the ultimate freezing environment for fresh foods like meats, fishes, and more.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted with precision, the shell features high-quality steel plate coated with low-temperature resistant powder, providing exceptional corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. The use of 2.0 thick aluminum alloy tube plates minimizes internal leakage risks attributed to the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray plate employs a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray, cloaked in aluminum plate, reduces air bypass enhancing fan efficiency and improving defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Featuring state-of-the-art internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our design is optimized with a positive triangle staggered loop to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Boasting a classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, this design significantly augments air disturbance, thereby enhancing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our high-performance fan is customized with an external rotor, maintaining peak performance across temperatures from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class, Grade F, ensures robust stability and unwavering reliability.
Defrosting: Integrating stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, they are strategically positioned within the coil and inner water pan. This setup guarantees a uniform heating effect, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the longevity of the heating elements.
Electrical junction box: Tailored to resist water, fire, and high voltage, our special electrical junction box offers easy wiring and unparalleled protection.
Factory testing: To ensure perfection, each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before leaving our factory.
Sheet spacing: We offer standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
