The cold storage panels are constructed with an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, ensuring robust thermal efficiency.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Utilize a premium waterproof film and superior SBS padding for optimal protection.
2. Employ galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fastened with expansion bolts, for structural integrity.
3. Sealant substrate to enhance durability and weather resistance.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant with a sophisticated double-sided groove sealant plus polyurethane spray in the middle for airtight sealing.
5. Install the vertical wall panel for a seamless and sturdy structure.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for added support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Carefully determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel, aligning it parallel with the main beam of the building for enhanced stability.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, with suspended M12 lifting screws, all connected to a C-type steel keel for maximum support.
3. Lift the insulation top plate carefully to ensure precision and safety.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screws to achieve the perfect fit and alignment.
5. Apply polyurethane foam at the main joint for superior insulation, foam the PVC sleeve to disrupt the cold bridge, and trim the color steel folding piece for a polished finish.
