Shell: Crafted from top-tier steel plates treated with a low-temperature-resistant powder, our shells boast exceptional corrosion resistance. Tailor your choice with customized aluminum or stainless-steel options. Each tube plate is meticulously crafted from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leakage due to heat exchange copper tube wear from thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously engineered, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for effortless inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's base accelerates drainage while preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, clad in aluminum, effectively reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and boosting the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes incorporate state-of-the-art internal threading from a premium brand. Enhanced with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, they maximize heat exchange efficiency, ensuring peak performance.
Fin: Featuring a classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin design, our fins significantly enhance air disturbance, thereby amplifying the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
