Application Environment: Optimally designed for cold storage and freezer settings. Operating Temperature Range: From a chilly -45ºC to a warm +50ºC, these doors offer remarkable adaptability to a wide spectrum of climate conditions.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from superior EPDM, celebrated for its remarkable chemical stability and robustness. It provides excellent age resistance and is capable of enduring a broad temperature range from -50ºC to +50ºC, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Door Panel Material: Panels are constructed with top-tier polyurethane and are fully foamed to deliver a sleek finish and exceptional insulation. Offered in stainless steel, color steel plates, and embossed aluminum plates, these panels cater to varied aesthetic preferences and functional demands.

Door Thickness Options: Available in an array of dimensions, such as 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, to accommodate diverse insulation needs and spatial requirements.
Doorframe Material: Made from robust aluminum alloy, offering a sophisticated and polished appearance, while addressing the low strength and decay limitations of traditional wooden frames. Enhanced with self-regulating electric heating strips, this design ensures seamless operation without the necessity for manual temperature adjustments.
Guide Rail Device: Incorporates an aluminum alloy guide rail with integrated guide and clamping wheel systems, ensuring effortless door movement and secure closure by disengaging from the frame and pressing firmly against it and the floor.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
