Our D air coolers come in three exceptional series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for maintaining a 0 ºC environment, making it perfect for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series excels at approximately -18ºC, providing an optimal climate for storing meats and fish. Our DJ series is expertly crafted for freezing fresh foods, like meats and fish, at temperatures as low as -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted with precision, our shells are made from high-quality steel plate, treated with a low-temperature resistant powder to exhibit exceptional corrosion resistance. We offer customization with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. The tube plates are constructed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, significantly minimizing the risk of internal leakage due to the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Designed with innovation, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy access during inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the base enhances drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum plate, reducing air bypass and boosting fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are crafted from efficient, internally threaded pipes sourced from premium brands, with an optimized loop and strategically staggered positive triangle design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our fins boast a classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum design, excellently increasing air disturbance and significantly enhancing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Equipped with customized high-power fans featuring external rotors, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Utilizing stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically positioned within the coils and inner water pan. This ensures uniform heating, enhancing defrosting efficiency, and extending the lifespan of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage while allowing for easy wiring, ensuring safety and convenience.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, passing a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, guaranteeing superior quality and performance.
Sheet spacing: Our standard sheet spacing options—4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm—are engineered to meet a variety of temperature and humidity requirements, offering flexibility and efficiency.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse cooling needs with excellence.
