Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shell is treated with a low-temperature resistant powder to ensure exceptional corrosion resistance. For those with specific needs, we offer customizable options in aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. Every tube plate is engineered from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, minimizing any risk of internal leakage due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray features a convenient hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The tray's ribbed slope design accelerates drainage, thereby preventing ice formation and corrosion. Meanwhile, the inner water tray is lined with aluminum plate, reducing air bypass while enhancing fan efficiency and boosting defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Experience top-tier efficiency with our heat exchange pipes, crafted from premium internal thread pipes featuring an optimized loop and a positively staggered triangle design. This innovation significantly enhances heat exchange efficiency.
