The cold storage panels are consisted by

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ a robust waterproof film alongside high-quality SBS padding to ensure maximum insulation.
2. Secure placement with durable galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, firmly fixed using expansion bolts for enhanced stability.
3. A meticulous application of sealant substrate seals any potential gaps, ensuring airtight construction.
4. Utilize a pre-installed board seam sealant, comprising a double-sided groove sealant complemented by polyurethane spray in the middle, for impeccable sealing.
5. Install the vertical wall panel with precision to maintain structural integrity.
6. For lengths exceeding 6 meters, implement the installation of wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick-fix mushroom nails for additional support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Strategically determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel in alignment with the main beam of the building structure. Ensure that the joint of the ceiling panel remains parallel to the main beam for uniformity and strength.
2. Prioritize the pre-installation of suspension beam structural components, incorporating 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beams, along with suspended M12 lifting screws, seamlessly connected to C-type Steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with precision and care.
4. Finely adjust the length of the lifting screw to achieve the desired positioning.
5. Execute a thorough spray of polyurethane foam on the main joint; employ a PVC sleeve foaming method to effectively break the cold bridge and enhance energy efficiency, followed by a trim with color steel folding piece to perfect the finish.
