Our Evaporative Condenser ingeniously utilizes water and air as cooling mediums. As the medium facilitates heat exchange with the refrigerant gas within the coil, the gas transitions into a liquid state. The system's core components include a meticulously designed water distribution system.

operating, the cooling water is meticulously sprayed over the
coils via the water distribution system. Simultaneously, refrigerant gas is introduced at the coil's upper inlet, with the condensed liquid exiting through the lower outlet. This process, enhanced by heat exchanges among refrigerant, water, and air, coupled with fan-assisted airflow, significantly boosts efficiency. As heat is absorbed, the temperature of cooling water and air elevates rapidly, with some water converting to steam, which is then expelled by the fan, effectively removing heat. Concurrently, steam is collected in
the reservoir, with non-evaporated water returning to the reservoir to re-enter the circulation system. The reservoir's water level is precisely managed by an automatic float ball valve, compensating for any atmospheric loss.
