Product Description

The cold storage panels are consisted by
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, offering excellent thermal regulation and durability.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ a waterproof film and SBS padding for superior moisture resistance.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fixed with expansion bolts.
3. Ensure a robust seal with a sealant substrate.
4. Seamlessly integrate pre-installed board seam sealant, combining double-sided groove sealant with central polyurethane spray for optimal insulation.
5. Install vertical wall panels for structural support.
6. For structures exceeding 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for enhanced stability.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the ceiling panel's length and lifting direction according to the building's main beam, ensuring joints run parallel to the main beam for optimal alignment.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components using 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beam, with M12 lifting screws connected to C-type steel keel for steadfast support.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with precision.
4. Fine-tune the lifting screw length for perfect alignment.
5. Protect the main joint by spraying with polyurethane foam, insulating the PVC sleeve to disrupt cold bridges, and finishing with color steel folding pieces for a polished look.
