Featuring three dynamic series—DL, DD, and DJ—each designed for specific temperature conditions: DL series is perfect for storing eggs and vegetables at around 0 ºC, DD series excels at -18ºC for preserving meats and fishes, and DJ series is ideal for freezing fresh foods such as meats and fishes at approximately -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our shell boasts a low-temperature resistant powder coating for robust corrosion resistance. Aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available as customizable options. Every tube plate is meticulously constructed with 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, significantly mitigating any risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for effortless inspection and maintenance. Its ribbing slope at the base accelerates drainage, minimizing risks of icing and corrosion. Complemented by an inner tray lined with aluminum, it effectively reduces air bypass, optimizing fan performance and enhancing defrosting efficiency.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipe, sourced from a premium brand, features a superior internal thread design with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered arrangement, elevating the efficiency of heat exchange.
Fin: Our fins are masterfully crafted in a classic European sinusoidal corrugated aluminum style, significantly boosting air disturbance and enhancing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Equipped with a custom high-power fan featuring an external rotor, operable between -40ºC to 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, it guarantees exceptional stability and reliability under varied conditions.
Defrosting: The stainless steel electric heating pipe, with its low power and density, is strategically integrated within the coil and on the inner water pan. This ensures a uniform heating effect, significantly enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the service life of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is engineered to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, ensuring safe and effortless wiring.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes a meticulous cleaning and inspection process and passes a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test prior to its delivery, ensuring premium quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Our standard sheet spacing options—4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm—are designed to cater to diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
