The cold storage panels are consisted by

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer. These panels are a testament to advanced engineering, designed to offer superior thermal insulation and durability.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ innovative techniques using waterproof film and SBS padding to ensure a seamless, weather-resistant finish.
2. Utilize robust galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fastened with expansion bolts for enhanced stability.
3. Employ a reliable sealant substrate for added protection and longevity.
4. Feature a pre-installed board seam sealant with a double-sided groove sealant and polyurethane spray in the middle, ensuring immaculate sealing.
5. The vertical wall panel is thoughtfully designed for easy installation and maintenance.
6. For installations exceeding 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to ensure structural integrity and support.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Begin by determining the optimal length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel in alignment with the building's main beam, ensuring parallel joints for a flawless finish.
2. Install pre-assembled suspension beam structural components such as 6 # channel steel and fixtures, complemented by a suspended M12 lifting screw linked to a C-type Steel keel, for unwavering support.
3. Lift the insulation top plate with precision to maintain thermal efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
4. Carefully adjust the length of the lifting screw to achieve the desired elevation and alignment.
5. For the main joint, apply a combination of polyurethane foam and PVC sleeve foaming to eliminate cold bridges, with a finishing touch using a color steel folding piece for a sleek, polished look.
