Our D series air coolers are categorized into three distinguished series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for environments at temperatures around 0 ºC, ideal for preserving freshness in eggs and vegetables. The DD series is optimal for colder settings at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for the storage of meat and fish. For freezing fresh produce such as meat and fish, the DJ series operates efficiently at around -25ºC, ensuring preservation without compromise.

Shell: Crafted with high-quality steel plate treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our products offer formidable corrosion resistance. We offer the customization of aluminum or stainless-steel shells. The 2.0 thick aluminum alloy tube plates are designed meticulously to minimize the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction affecting the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously constructed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for effortless inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at its base accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. An inner water tray, shielded with aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and bolstering defrosting effects.
Heat exchange pipe: Engineered from top-tier brands, the efficient internal thread pipe features an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design to markedly boost heat exchange efficiency, ushering in optimal performance.
Fin: Our classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin amplifies air disturbance, significantly boosting heat exchange capacity on the air side, thereby optimizing overall efficiency.
Fan: Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor that operates between -40ºC to 60ºC, the fan guarantees stability and reliability, empowered by a Grade F insulation class motor.
Defrosting: Our stainless steel electric heating pipe, with low power and density, is strategically positioned within the coil and on the inner water pan. This ensures a consistent heating effect, enhanced defrosting capabilities, and extends the lifespan of the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box offers resistance to water, fire, and high voltage, while also allowing for ease of wiring, ensuring a robust and adaptable electrical conduit system.
Factory testing: Prior to delivery, each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, culminating in a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test, assuring quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: We offer standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to a diverse range of temperature and humidity requirements tailored to your specific needs.
