Product Description

The cold storage panels are composed of

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, ensuring exceptional thermal efficiency and durability.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Begin with the use of a high-quality waterproof film combined with SBS padding to ensure moisture resistance.
2. Secure with precision-engineered galvanized L or U-shaped positioning brackets, fastened securely using expansion bolts.
3. Apply a reliable sealant substrate for enhanced bonding.
4. Pre-install board seam sealant, utilizing a double-sided groove sealant paired with polyurethane spray for optimal sealing in the center.
5. Integrate vertical wall panels seamlessly into the structure.
6. For installations exceeding 6 meters, incorporate structural support with wall purlins, robust C-shaped steel, and efficient quick mushroom nails for stability.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Accurately determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel in accordance with the building's main beam structure. Align the joint of the ceiling panel parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components using 6 # channel steel and fixture, then suspend the M12 lifting screw to connect seamlessly to the C-type Steel keel.
3. Carefully lift the insulation top plate into position.
4. Adjust the lifting screw to achieve the perfect alignment and height.
5. Apply polyurethane foam meticulously at the main joint, foam the PVC sleeve to eliminate cold bridging, and trim with color steel folding pieces for a polished finish.
