The process unfolds like a seamless dance as the evaporating NH3 in the high-temperature system condenses the CO2 refrigerant expelled from the low temperature system. A sophisticated condensation evaporator acts as the maestro, orchestrating the connection between the high and low temperature levels, serving both as the condenser for the low temperature level and the evaporator for the high temperature stage.
Heat effortlessly journeys through the system as it is transferred to the CO2 refrigerant by the end evaporator, while the absorbed heat by CO2 transitions to the high-temperature NH3 refrigerant via the condensing evaporator. Condensed CO2 in the condensing evaporator elegantly moves into the CO2 reservoir, proceeds through the dryer filter and throttle valve, and enters the CO2 gas-liquid separator.
