Our Evaporative Condenser utilizes water and air as cooling media. The medium exchanges heat with the refrigerant gas inside the coil, leading to gas condensation into liquid. The equipment internally comprises a water distribution system,
condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and dehydrator. Externally, it features a water circulating pump, an electronic water-curing device, and an axial fan. The internal operating pressure is negative due to the efficient function of the axial fan. When
operational, under robust airflow, the cooling water is uniformly sprayed across the
coil's surface by the water distribution system. Concurrently, refrigerant gas enters the coil's upper inlet, and the condensed liquid is expelled from the lower outlet. This process sees the refrigerant, water, and air engaging in effective heat exchange, bolstered by fan action, significantly enhancing efficiency. As heat is absorbed, the temperature of cooling water and air rises swiftly, with some water transforming into steam, vented and exhausted by the fan, removing substantial heat. Concurrently, steam in the hot air is collected into a
reservoir, with non-gasified water flowing back to it, pumping into the circulating system. The reservoir's water level is automatically managed by a float ball valve, compensating for water lost to the atmosphere.
