Application Environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer environments. Operating Temperature Range: -45ºC to +50ºC, demonstrating exceptional versatility and efficiency in adapting to a wide array of climate conditions and operational needs.
Sealing Strip Material: Constructed with top-tier EPDM, celebrated for its remarkable chemical stability and durability. It offers superb resistance to aging and an extensive temperature range from -50ºC to +50ºC, ensuring long-lasting reliability and performance.
Door Panel Material: Crafted from premium polyurethane, the panels are fully foamed to deliver a sleek appearance combined with outstanding insulation performance. Available options include stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, catering to diverse aesthetic preferences and functional requirements.

Door Thickness Options: Offered in a broad range of sizes—75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm—to address various insulation levels and spatial constraints, providing tailored solutions for every need.
Doorframe Material: Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, offering a refined and modern exterior while avoiding the limitations of traditional wooden frames. The doorframe is equipped with self-regulating temperature electric heating strips, enabling seamless and automatic operation without manual intervention.
Guide Rail Device: Incorporating an advanced aluminum alloy guide rail system with integrated guide and clamping wheel mechanisms, this device ensures effortless opening and secure closing by skillfully disengaging from the frame and pressing against it and the floor, enhancing convenience and reliability.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
