Product Introduction:
Shell: Our air cooler's shell is crafted from high-quality steel plate, offering unrivaled durability. It is coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, expertly designed to provide robust corrosion resistance. For those seeking customization, aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells are available. The cooling system's integrity is ensured by tube plates made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, meticulously designed to minimize risks of internal leakage due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Experience the convenience of our double-layer water tray, featuring an outer tray with a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. To enhance drainage and prevent icing and corrosion, the bottom is structured with a ribbing slope design. The inner water tray is lined with aluminum plate, significantly reducing air bypass and elevating fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange capability is amplified through the use of efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand. These pipes are designed with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered configuration to significantly enhance the heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: The air cooler features a classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin. This innovative design excels in improving air disturbance, thereby dramatically boosting the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
