The DL series is ideal for maintaining a steady 0 ºC, making it perfect for preserving eggs and vegetables. For meat and seafood storage, the DD series maintains a chilling -18ºC. For those looking to freeze fresh produce like meat and fish, the DJ series operates efficiently at -25ºC, ensuring optimal freshness and quality.

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shell demonstrates exceptional corrosion resistance. For those with specific needs, we offer customizable aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Every tube plate is constructed from robust 2.0-thick aluminum alloy, minimizing the risk of internal leakage caused by the wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed with a hinged lap form, the outer water tray plate allows for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. An inner water tray lined with aluminum plate minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and improving the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes feature efficient internal threading from a premium brand, employing an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Inspired by classic European design, our sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins elevate air disturbance, considerably boosting heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our high-power fan, customized with an external rotor, operates efficiently across a wide temperature range (-40ºC~60ºC). With a motor insulation class of Grade F, it delivers unmatched stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Fitted with a stainless steel electric heating pipe known for its low power and density, strategically placed within the coil and on the inner water pan, ensuring a uniform heating effect, enhanced defrosting capabilities, and an extended lifespan for the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box offers superior resistance to water, fire, and high-voltage, ensuring ease of wiring and maximum safety.
