Embrace the power of nature with our Evaporative Condenser, utilizing water and air as cooling mediums. Within this system, the medium seamlessly exchanges heat with the refrigerant gas inside the coil, efficiently converting the gas into liquid. The sophisticated internal design includes a water distribution network for optimal performance.
Our system is comprised of a condensing coil, high-performance heat exchange packing, and a dehydrator. Externally, it features a robust water circulating pump, an advanced electronic water-curing device, and a powerful axial fan. The internal pressure remains negative, driven by the axial fan's operation. When
engaged, the system ensures robust airflow, allowing the cooling water to be uniformly sprayed over the
surface of the coils via the water distribution system. Concurrently, refrigerant gas enters through the upper coil inlet, with the condensed liquid exiting from the lower outlet. This process orchestrates a seamless heat exchange among the refrigerant, water, and air, significantly boosting efficiency. The heat absorption elevates the temperature of the cooling water and air swiftly, as some water transitions into steam, which is then expelled by the fan, dissipating substantial heat. Simultaneously, the steam entrapped in the hot air is captured into
a reservoir. Any non-gasified water flows back into the reservoir and is recirculated into the system. The reservoir water level is precisely managed by an automated float ball valve, ensuring accurate water replenishment to compensate for evaporation.
