Product Description

The cold storage panels are consisted by

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer. These panels are crafted to deliver exceptional insulation, ensuring optimal temperature control for a variety of applications.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Ensure maximum durability and resistance to moisture by applying a high-quality waterproof film and SBS padding.
2. Reinforce stability with galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fastened with expansion bolts.
3. Utilize a robust sealant substrate for enhanced protection.
4. Achieve superior sealing with a pre-installed board seam sealant, featuring a double-sided groove sealant and polyurethane spray in the middle.
5. Install durable vertical wall panels to maintain structural integrity.
6. For structures exceeding 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for added support.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Precisely determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel by aligning it with the main beam of the building structure for seamless integration.
2. Prepare the installation with pre-installed suspension beam structural components, 6 # channel steel, and fixture suspension beam, along with a suspended M12 lifting screw connected to a C-type Steel keel.
3. Elevate and position the insulation top plate with precision.
4. Fine-tune the length of the lifting screw for a perfect fit.
5. Enhance joint insulation with a spray of polyurethane foam, and eliminate cold bridges with a foamed PVC sleeve, while finishing with a color steel folding piece for a polished look.
