The DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures around 0 ºC, ideal for storing delicate items like eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at approximately -18 ºC, making it the go-to choice for preserving meats and fish. For ultra-low temperatures around -25 ºC, the DJ series is engineered to freeze fresh foods such as meat and fish with optimal efficiency.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from premium steel and treated with a low-temperature resistant powder, our shells boast exceptional corrosion resistance. For those seeking customization, we offer aluminum or stainless-steel options. To prevent internal leakage caused by the wear and tear of copper tubes due to thermal expansion, our tube plates are meticulously constructed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed with a hinged lap form, the outer water tray ensures easy access for inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope at the base accelerates drainage, averting icing and corrosion. An aluminum plate covers the inner tray, effectively minimizing air bypass while enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes utilize high-quality internal thread pipes from top-tier brands, featuring an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our fin design draws inspiration from classic European sinusoid corrugation, crafted in aluminum to significantly boost air turbulence and heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our fans are high-power marvels with external rotors, operating across a wide temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, they ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe, characterized by low power and density, strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan. This design guarantees a more uniform heat distribution, optimizing defrosting and extending the lifespan of the heating element.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box is crafted to resist water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring it is easily wired and highly durable.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, passing a stringent 25 bar pressure test to ensure impeccable quality and performance before delivery.
Sheet spacing: Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to diverse temperature and humidity requirements, offering flexibility and precision in application.
