Application Environment: Specifically designed for use in cold storage and freezer environments, our doors thrive under the most extreme conditions. They are engineered to function seamlessly within a wide operating temperature range of -45°C to +50°C, making them ideal for diverse climatic requirements.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from high-quality EPDM, our sealing strips boast excellent chemical stability and exceptional durability. They deliver outstanding resistance to aging and can reliably perform across a broad temperature spectrum from -50°C to +50°C.
Door Panel Material: Our door panels, created with advanced polyurethane and overall panel foaming, present a sleek, flat appearance coupled with excellent insulation capabilities. The exterior can be customized with premium materials such as stainless steel, color steel plate, or embossed aluminum plate, adding both style and function.

Additionally, they come equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips that eliminate the need for manual temperature control.
Guide Rail Device: Crafted with precision, the aluminum alloy guide rail system employs a combination of guide wheel and clamping wheel devices. This sophisticated mechanism ensures smooth operation by allowing the door to gently detach from the frame when opened and securely press against the frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
