The distinguished D air coolers are categorized into three series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for environments up to 0 ºC, making them perfect for the preservation of eggs and vegetables. The DD series efficiently operates around -18ºC, providing optimal conditions for the storage of meats and fishes. For freezing fresh foods, such as meats and fish, the DJ series offers superior performance at temperatures around -25ºC.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our air cooler shells are treated with a low-temperature resistant powder to ensure exceptional corrosion resistance. For those requiring customization, we offer options in aluminum plate or stainless steel shells. To prevent internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are meticulously constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates.
Double-layer water tray: Engineered with a hinged lap design, the outer water tray plate allows easy inspection and maintenance. The innovative ribbing slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage and mitigates icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is coated with an aluminum plate, effectively reducing air bypass and enhancing both fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are crafted from efficient internal thread pipes sourced from premium brands. Featuring an optimized loop and a positively staggered triangular design, these pipes significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Adopting a classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum design, our fins enhance air turbulence, significantly boosting the heat exchange capacity on the air side for impressive performance.
Fan: Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our air coolers operate seamlessly within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor is insulated with Grade F materials, ensuring utmost stability and reliability over prolonged use.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system utilizes stainless steel electric heating pipes characterized by low power and density. These pipes are strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan, ensuring a uniform heating distribution that enhances defrosting efficiency while extending the longevity of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Featuring a specially customized electrical junction box, our design offers resistance against water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring easy wiring and heightened safety.
Factory testing: Prior to delivery, our air coolers undergo a rigorous cleaning and inspection process, successfully passing a 25bar pressure holding test, confirming their reliability and quality.
Sheet spacing: The standard sheet spacing options available are 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, allowing you to meet diverse temperature and humidity requirements efficiently.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, R22, among others, ensuring versatile and flexible operation to meet your cooling needs.
