The cold storage panels are crafted with
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and a superior intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employing a durable waterproof film and high-quality SBS padding for enhanced performance.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fastened with expansion bolts for stability.
3. Apply a robust sealant to the substrate to prevent leaks.
4. Pre-install board seam sealant, combining double-sided groove sealant with polyurethane spray at the core.
5. Build with vertical wall panels for a sturdy construction.
6. Structures exceeding 6 meters necessitate the installation of wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to ensure integrity.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Determine the length and direction of the ceiling panel based on the main beam, aligning the joint parallel to the beam for seamless integration.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components with 6# channel steel and fixtures, supporting the suspended M12 lifting screws connected to the C-type Steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with precision and care.
4. Adjust the lifting screw to achieve the desired length and orientation.
5. Apply polyurethane foam at the main joint to enhance insulation, use a PVC sleeve to disrupt cold bridges, and finish with a color steel folding piece for a polished look.
