The DL series is perfect for maintaining conditions around 0 ºC, ideal for the preservation of eggs and vegetables. The DD series thrives at temperatures around -18ºC, making it superb for storing meats and fish. The DJ series is engineered for temperatures around -25ºC, expertly freezing fresh foods such as meats and fish, ensuring their pristine quality.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Constructed from superior-grade steel plates, our shells are coated with a low-temperature resistant powder that boasts strong corrosion resistance. For those with distinct preferences, customizable aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. Every tube plate is composed of a robust 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to substantially lower the risk of internal leaks, which can result from the copper tube wear during heat exchange due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our outer water tray is innovatively designed with a hinged lap formation, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope design at the tray's base accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray, lined with an aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting process.
Heat exchange pipe: Featuring an efficient internal thread pipe from a top-tier brand, this design incorporates an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered formation to significantly elevate heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our fins are styled in the classic European sinusoidal corrugated aluminum design, amplifying air disturbance and markedly increasing the heat exchange performance on the air side.
Fan: Equipped with a specially customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, it performs reliably over a wide temperature range (-40ºC to 60ºC). The motor boasts Grade F insulation, assuring dependable and stable operation.
Defrosting: The defrosting system utilizes a stainless steel electric heating pipe, noted for its low power and density. Cleverly installed inside the coil and on the inner water pan, it guarantees a consistently uniform heating effect, enhancing the defrosting capability and extending the lifespan of the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box is constructed to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, offering simple and efficient wiring.
Factory testing: Prior to shipment, each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, passing a stringent 25bar pressure holding test to ensure optimal performance.
Sheet spacing: The sheet spacing comes in standard measurements of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, tailored to fulfill diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with various refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, catering to a broad spectrum of cooling needs.
