Product Description

The cold storage panels are crafted with

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, offering superior thermal efficiency and durability.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Utilize waterproof film and SBS padding to ensure moisture protection.
2. Employ galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fixed with expansion bolts, for robust construction.
3. Apply a sealant substrate for enhanced sealing effectiveness.
4. Pre-install board seam sealant, integrating a double-sided groove sealant and polyurethane spray in the middle for maximum insulation.
5. Install vertical wall panels for structural integrity.
6. For lengths exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails, ensuring stability and support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel based on the main beam of the building structure. Ensure the joint of the ceiling panel is parallel to the main beam for proper alignment.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam. Attach a suspended M12 lifting screw, connected to a C-type steel keel, for secure suspension.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with precision.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw meticulously to ensure perfect fit and alignment.
5. Spray the main joint with polyurethane foam, use PVC sleeve foam to interrupt the cold bridge, and trim with a color steel folding piece for a polished finish.
