The D series air coolers comprise three distinct variants: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for temperatures around 0 ºC, perfect for preserving the freshness of eggs and vegetables. The DD series excels at a chilly -18ºC, making it suitable for meat and fish storage. For the utmost freezing needs, the DJ series operates effectively at approximately -25ºC, ensuring the freshest preservation for items like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from premium steel plates, our shell is enhanced with a low-temperature resistant powder, ensuring robust corrosion resistance. For bespoke needs, we offer customization in aluminum or stainless steel shells. All tube plates are fabricated from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the risk of internal leaks due to the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Engineered with a hinged lap design, the outer water tray ensures easy access for inspection and maintenance. The innovative ribbing slope design accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. Complementing this, the inner tray is lined with aluminum, minimizing air bypass and enhancing fan efficiency alongside defrosting capabilities.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes feature efficient internal threading from a premium brand, designed with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered layout. This design significantly boosts heat exchange efficiency, ensuring top-notch performance.
Fin: The fin design, inspired by classic European sinusoidal corrugated aluminum, greatly enhances air turbulence, thereby significantly boosting the heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our customized high-power fan, equipped with an external rotor, operates efficiently between -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor boasts an insulation class of Grade F, guaranteeing unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Incorporating stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, our defrosting system is thoughtfully arranged within the coil and inner water pan. This ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting effectiveness, and extends the electric heating pipes' service life.
Electrical junction box: The specially engineered electrical junction box is designed to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, while also facilitating effortless wiring.
Factory testing: Prior to dispatch, our air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test, ensuring superior quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate various temperature and humidity requirements.
