Our versatile air coolers are designed to meet the cooling needs of various cold storage environments, from architectural to constructional setups. The D air cooler series—comprising DL, DD, and DJ types—offers tailored cooling solutions: DL series is ideal for maintaining temperatures around 0ºC, perfect for storing delicate items like eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at -18ºC, making it suitable for preserving meats and fish. For freezing requirements, the DJ series functions optimally at -25ºC, ensuring the freshness of foods such as meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Constructed from high-quality steel plate, our shell is coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, offering robust corrosion resistance. Customizable options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. To mitigate internal leakage risks due to thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are crafted from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy.
Double-layer water tray: Designed for ease of inspection and maintenance, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design. A ribbed slope at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, lined with aluminum, minimizes air bypass and boosts fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our premium brand efficient internal thread pipes are engineered with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:The fin is modeled after the classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum design, which significantly increases air disturbance and enhances heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, operating optimally between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motor, classified at Grade F for insulation, ensures exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Utilizing stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, our defrosting system ensures uniform heat distribution. These heating elements are strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan to maximize defrosting efficiency and extend the pipes' lifespan.
Electrical junction box:Our specially designed electrical junction box offers superior resistance to water, fire, and high-voltage, and is engineered for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler goes through meticulous cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test to ensure top-notch quality before delivery.
Sheet spacing:Standard sheet spacings are available in 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate various temperature and humidity needs.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with multiple refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting a wide range of refrigerant requirements.
