Product Description

The BY series electric and manual sliding doors adopt advanced international technology, are exquisitely crafted, have strong sealing properties, good thermal insulation performance, and operate well. Can be customized according to size.
Application environment:Cold storage, freezer.Operating temperature:-45ºC-+50ºC.
Sealing strip material:Made with EPDM, it has good chemical stability, excellent durability and aging performance, wide temperature adaptability, and long-term working temperature-50ºC-+50ºC.
Door panel material:Using polyurethane and panel overall foaming, the appearance is flat and the insulation performance is good. The panel material is made of stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate.

Doorframe material:Using aluminum alloy as the door frame, the exterior light is clean and generous, durable, and overcomes the disadvantage of low strength and easy decay of wooden door frames. Colleagues are equipped with self limiting temperature electric heating strips, which do not require temperature control or manual power on/off.
Guide rail device:The aluminum alloy guide rail is made of a guide wheel device and a clamping wheel device, which is used in combination to separate the door from the door frame when opened and press it against the door frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

 

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
